My classmates and I tried this music out and most of the males thought it was annoying and they said that their ears started to ring. But for me, it calmed me down quite a lot and it made me feel really relaxed. So think that it might not be suitable for males but give it a go if you want to. For females, I suggest you give this a try. After comment how it went for you.
